What We Actually Do, and What We Don't
We are a built-in appliance and refrigeration specialist in Dallas–Fort Worth — seven years on Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador and the rest of the high-end line, plus commercial refrigeration, which is a separate trade most appliance companies don't touch. Sealed-system work is performed in-house rather than subcontracted. We don't publish repair prices or quote them by phone: you get an on-site diagnostic, then a flat-rate quote in writing before any work starts.
What that means practically. A general appliance company can change a thermostat and a door gasket. Chasing a refrigerant leak in a built-in column, or diagnosing why a professional range's oven sits 40°F below the temperature on the dial, is a different skill set and a different set of tools. That's the half of the work we built the business around.
Where we'll tell you to call someone else: full HVAC installation and replacement (we do diagnostics and maintenance, not system installs), and anything where a repair genuinely doesn't make sense against replacement — we'd rather say so than sell you a job.
How a visit works
Call or book online, and dispatch runs Monday to Friday 8 AM–4 PM and Saturday 8 AM–1 PM. A call placed before 2 PM on a dispatch day gets a same-day visit; after that you pick the next open slot rather than waiting on a callback that never comes. Our technicians diagnose on site, quote flat-rate before touching anything, and carry common parts — so a good share of jobs finish on the first visit. The $90 diagnostic fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
