Appointments and Estimates

Service windows are estimates and may shift due to job complexity, parts availability, and traffic.

Diagnostics and Repairs

Diagnostic and repair fees are explained before work is approved. Any waived diagnostic applies only when qualifying repair is completed.

Parts and Warranty

Parts and labor warranty terms may vary by job and are provided on your invoice or work order.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe access to equipment and accurate appliance/model information when available.

Limitation

ACDC Home Services is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside reasonable control, including supplier delays and utility interruptions.
